What polyurea is and how it works
Polyurea is a spray-applied elastomeric coating that reacts on contact, bonding directly to concrete, masonry, and other surfaces within seconds. Unlike paint or epoxy, it does not peel, crack, or delaminate over time. It flexes with the substrate through freeze-thaw cycles — critical in Maine and New Hampshire winters — and maintains its waterproof seal through seasonal movement.
